Preserve exact declaration/signature joins, provider purpose gates, and closed descriptor and absent-data evaluation without runtime authority. Validate exact empty aggregate layouts and checked enum constructor dispatch. Production providers and native Resource lowering remain disabled. Scoped, captured, reflected, pipeline, assignment, repeated-entry, and occupied aggregate transport remain subsequent work; the new pipeline/assignment tests establish source validity only. Validation: cargo fmt and its check pass; all 22 Jett fixtures format/check; 43 Resource tests pass after formatting. Before the formatting-only pass, all 461 comptime library tests, 87 driver library tests, and 598 frontend fixtures pass. Native coverage estimate remains about 85%; this reference change adds no native Resource acceptance claim. The separate parent caller commit passes 480 native tests and all four Windows/Linux workspace/installed CI jobs.
Track program/kind/slot identity, non-cloneable owner and loan tokens and chronological scope/operation/return frames. Validate context, generations and provenance before transfers or cleanup; continue protected reverse cleanup after failure or panic. Keep Resource completion separate from ordinary native first-error behavior. Registration is test-only. Production layout issuance, native ABI, MIR ownership/drop plans, linked Source execution and real providers remain pending; this adds no native language coverage claim. Validation: cargo fmt -p jett_runtime; all 13 focused custody controls pass, and cargo test -q -p jett_runtime --lib passes 157/157. The separate uncommitted reference transport remains 78/79 with its previously known generic type.name[T] failure.

Authenticate the complete original Source archive before deriving Resource-free direct caller predecessors. Project one fresh whole-program ownership plan into deterministic v2 layout metadata and the exact driver-selected entry accessor, preserving formal effects, shell holders, failure companions and Scope/Return storage distinctions. Validation: eight focused groups; 543 compiler/object checks plus MIR doctest; 693 driver/library/lowering/frontend checks; final Return projection rerun passes 74 codegen and 63 object checks. The private Resource lifecycle test was ignored in CI and pinned to a local MSVC receipt. Build and independently measure isolated GNU Debug/Release archives, compile their receipt digest into the gate, and run the complete shared corpus after Source removal. Retain exact compiler/linker, symbol, library-order, fingerprint and source provenance. Force Cargo output uncolored. Validation: 15 helper controls pass on Windows and Ubuntu; Python syntax, Rust formatting and diff checks pass. Runtime expected-pin forgery refusal passes. The unchanged Rust harness passes 73 scenarios / 146 Source-deleted MSVC executions in Debug/Release (bbaf50, 533.06s). Real GNU C/binutils symbol, duplicate-definition and dynamic-CRT controls pass. Full GNU Rust archive/Source acceptance still requires CI execution. Strict Python type checking was unavailable locally. No production provider or broader native-parity completion is claimed.
Native lowering refused checked Resource aliases inside branches, scoped type bodies and loops. Bind each original declaration and lexical exit to private Source/current graph proofs, retire child loans before parents, and clear nonowning aliases before joins/backedges. Return operands run before retirement; owned backing remains available after If/Scope/While/Break/Continue exits. Validation: 138 shared scenarios pass 276 real-reference and 276 Source-deleted MSVC native executions across Debug/Release with exact scripts/events/channels and zero obligations before teardown. Native execution preserves checked Resource ownership through named and indirect calls, optional/result payloads, and reflected field bodies. Owners retire before teardown, and owned returns publish only after scope cleanup succeeds. Empty and absent Resource aggregates use authenticated layouts and checked entry scopes.
Ordinary failures now belong to their entry attempt. Once cleanup fully retires that attempt, the same context can run another entry without inheriting its error. Nested failures preserve the first error, failed cleanup remains fatal, and storage reservation failures cannot publish a partial entry frame.
Validation:
Local linked acceptance uses Windows MSVC. Windows/Linux CI and relocated-package execution passed for the preceding commit; CI for this update is pending. Occupied Resource aggregates, broader Default/generic/reflected lifetimes, actor/comptime behavior, and wider language parity remain unfinished. This PR stays draft, and the rough feature estimate remains 87%.
