VOS_VERSIONconstant from compiled output. Every compiled module opened by declaringconst VOS_VERSION = <n>;insideinitVos, and nothing ever read it — not the runtime, not the bridge, not any consumer. The config'sversionfield keeps its real job as themigrateConfigdiscriminator; only the dead emit goes.
