Adds examples/latency-bench: runs N counting-echo turns against your own deployed VoiceThere agent with @voicethere/client/node and writes per-turn latency (speech end → STT final, final → reply start, speech end → reply start, TTS first audio) in the same record format as the node-webrtc-rust benchmarks, so you can summarise and compare your numbers with the published ones (bench-vendors.mjs --summarize, npm run bench:compare).

  • One paced writer on the mic track (20 ms frames from an anchor, re-anchor after a stall, never a burst).
  • Supply your own 16-bit WAV with --clip; no clip is shipped.
  • No transcripts, session ids or keys in the output; refuses to overwrite an existing raw.jsonl; a host suspend marks the run inconclusive.

Verified locally (typecheck, 22 unit tests); no extra manual steps.
