Commit f40df29 moved the landing page via git rename without regenerating its lockfile, so Railway's `bun install --frozen-lockfile` step failed with "lockfile had changes, but lockfile is frozen". Co-authored-by: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
