[BUG] VSR: `npx @vltpkg/vsr` hangs

When I run npx @vltpkg/vsr, nothing happens:

✅ Expected Behavior

I expected vsr to start

❌ Actual Behavior

Hanging. Progress indicator spins for a bit but then stops

Run npx @vltpkg/vsr

🌍 Environment

Run the following in your terminal then copy+paste the output:

- OS: linux v22.20.0
- Node: v22.20.0
- vlt: 1.0.0-rc.13

@evert have you tried running the file directly like bun node-modules/@vltpkg/vsr/bin/...?
It works for me.
