Try to raise compatibility for Neos 9

Hi,

first of all, thank you for maintaining this package — it works great with Neos 8.3 👍

We are currently upgrading our project to Neos CMS 9, but the current version of visol/neos-linkclass requires:
neos/neos-ui ~7.3.0 || ^8.0

This prevents installation alongside Neos 9 (neos/neos-ui ^9.0).

Would it be possible to:

• Add compatibility for Neos 9
• Update the composer constraints accordingly
• Tag a new release
