And add gitignore. Now `compile.py` is python agnostic. Can use python3 or python2.

A possible improvement could be to use just one keybinding to toggle instead of two keys to switch. I am working on that. |

bfor bright anddfor dark theme. A minor usability improvement that I felt lacking.
