feat: Add File Browser and Graph Editor components - #7

- Implemented `FileBrowserComponent` based on design reference (Screen 2). - Implemented `GraphEditorComponent` based on design reference (Screen 3) including SVG curve visualization. - Updated `BuiThemeService` (`themes.ts`) with new CSS variables for channels, grid lines, and icons. - Updated `demo-app` to showcase the new components. - Adjusted build budget for styles to accommodate complex SCSS.
