I lead technology delivery and reliability work in Toronto. For about fifteen years I've been accountable for getting infrastructure and applications into production and keeping them running, most recently for Citi Trade and Transaction Services and the Government of Ontario.

Since September 2024 I've worked independently, building small systems in Python and TypeScript so I understand them end to end. I use AI coding agents, but they work under written repository rules, and nothing goes to production until tests or build checks pass.

• contractbiddingsystem: a daily GitHub Actions job that pulls CanadaBuys open tender notices, filters and dedupes them, and writes new ones to SQLite (create only, never overwrite). Optional SharePoint, Google Sheets and Teams alerts. LLM ranking is report only and never changes stored data. The rules my coding agents follow are in AGENTS.md.
• grok-weather-agent: a small Streamlit chat agent on xAI Grok with tool calling (weather, calculator, time, web search, Wikipedia) and a per-session message cap to keep API cost down.

Infrastructure delivery and incident and problem management for Citi TTS (Virtusa). Team lead for Government of Ontario managed services at CompuCom: 15-person global team, 3,000+ servers, 99 percent availability, client contact on Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents. Service Delivery Manager for six APAC and Europe accounts (Total IT Consult). IT operations manager for 40 people across seven sites (Wipro).
