…/Shurf) Carries the D-41 grid-id static-covariate fix (plain StepshifterModel) and its Hurdle/Shurf extension to a publishable version. The fix is on main but PyPI's latest is 1.3.0 (no fix); constituents pin views-stepshifter>=1.0.0,<2.0.0, so a 1.4.0 release is required for ensemble retrains to actually pick up the fix.
