Closes #47.

Neither main nor development had a LICENSE file. This adds:

  • A root LICENSE with the canonical MIT text — byte-identical to the sibling repos (verified against views-reporting/LICENSE), holder Copyright (c) 2026 Dylan Pinheiro and Simon Polichinel von der Maase (matches views-reporting).
  • license = "MIT" in pyproject.toml [tool.poetry] (the Poetry-native field for this repo; PEP 621 license-files would be wrong under [tool.poetry]).

So the platform check "MIT on main/development" passes. Follow-up per the issue: propagate to main.

Neither main nor development had a LICENSE file. Add the canonical MIT text
(byte-identical to the sibling repos, holder "Dylan Pinheiro and Simon
Polichinel von der Maase" — matching views-reporting) and declare license =
"MIT" in pyproject [tool.poetry], so the platform "MIT on main/development"
check passes.
