S8 — Closeout: ADR-013 post-adoption entries, register, issue cross-refs, seat notices #113

- ADR-013 Post-adoption record: §4.2a config home settled (
unfao/product.py); §5.2 parity invariant built (delivery/parity.py); Hop-B sink shipped upload-disabled (§11.4 interlock live in code); dated entries. - Risk register: resolve C-45 (frames.py now on the live path via the wire); cross-ref C-161 (enablement gate); header counts.
- Issues: update [Tracking] Push pandas to the seams — execution checklist #93 checklist (S3/S6 scope carried by [EPIC] ADR-013 Hop-B sink leg: frame-native FAO delivery (shards + sidecar + run manifest + gates) #105); close FAO delivery path is point/DataFrame-based — won't carry rusty_bucket's pooled draws #45 with the delivered answer (raw draws artifact per ADR-013, summaries computed at the faoapi edge).
- Seat notices (one line each): faoapi feat(fixture): the ADR-013 §10 golden fixture — canonical bytes + generator + tests #100 and pipeline-core PR Release 1.1.1 — two delivery-path fixes from views-crafdapi, and the governance pass behind them #276 — sink built and fixture-proven, live enablement awaits C-161.
Acceptance criteria
All documents updated + pushed; #45 closed; notices posted; suite green.

Done. The ADR-013 post-adoption record carries the dated execution entries (adoption, both §11.4 legacy guards, Erratum E1, the Hop-A publish leg, the §0–§11 audit series, and the þing-01 PLATFORM-001 cross-reference in §7d). The register was swept on 2026-07-31 (PR #140): counts corrected, the go-global entries re-tiered against run-0, clusters restructured, and a mechanical integrity guard added (
tests/test_register_integrity.py). Seat notices went out on views-models#149, faoapi#100/#243 and pipeline-core#276. Closed during the development→main cleanup sweep; reopen if a specific closeout item is still missing.
