Discharged by evidence rather than by argument. views-baseline 1.0.2 published
via Trusted Publishing (run 34340933613), and a clean-room `uv pip install
views-baseline==1.0.2` into an empty 3.11 venv resolved and installed — the first
time any version of this package has managed it. 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 remain
installable in name only.
Verified in that environment that audit_manifest accepts a real black_ranger
config and get_model('MixtureBaseline') returns targets ['lr_os_best'] — the call
that raised KeyError: 'targets' for five weeks.
