The template stops running verify in pre-push, so a push no longer compiles on the machine it starts from; the pull request's CI runs verify. CODING_STANDARDS.md now lists the pre-push jobs that remain.

v0.0.24 was tagged while this update was open. It moves the shared repository tasks from TOML files to path-named file tasks under mise-tasks/. The check:local starter is new, so it carries forkctl's own check again: a depends on version:check. mise.toml's comment and AGENTS.md name the new files.

Brings forkctl from template v0.0.22 to v0.0.24, run with the template's pinned Copier 9.19.1. The Template check fails on every forkctl PR until this lands, #110 first among them.

The newcheck/local.shstarter carries forkctl's own check again, as#MISE depends=["version:check"].mise.toml's comment and AGENTS.md name the new files.No conflicts.
mise tasks lsresolves every task the hooks andverifycall, andcheck:localstill depends onversion:check. Pushed through the updated hooks, which ran the new file tasks; every job passed. CI-only, so no changeset.
