What
Updates a line to include Windows. Adds one more convenient link to the "Agent logs" section in documentation.
Why
It's not obvious how to view local logs for
viam-agenton MacOS or Windows. I thought one more link in the "management" section (that I'm planning to link to from the updated instructions here) might be helpful.
