Capitalizes lowercase vetcoders to Vetcoders in 4 brand-prose spots per ruling PS-PRV-01 (2026-07-09): CLI about/long_about/doc-comment in src/cli/mod.rs and one CHANGELOG.md entry. URLs, slugs, and the author email identifier were left untouched.

Note: mcp_contract test suite has 6 pre-existing run_timeout/stale_run flaky failures reproduced identically on clean main (0b765b8) before this change — unrelated to this diff, confirmed via isolated cargo test --test mcp_contract run on main.
