Add curated analysis of untranslated strings

Analyzed ripgrep output to identify user-facing strings requiring internationalization, filtering out internal/serialization strings.

Analysis Results

Created UNTRANSLATED_STRINGS.md documenting:

• 195 user-facing strings across ~40 files requiring i18n() wrapping

  • UI elements: combo box items, tooltips, labels, buttons, checkboxes
  • System messages: status bar text, notifications, error messages
  • Dialog content: window titles, separators, help text

• 63 internal strings excluded from internationalization

  • Serialization identifiers (lowercase enum values for file format)
  • Platform/API constants ("windows", "macos", "default")
  • Debug message type names

Categorized by string type with file locations for efficient implementation.
