Summary

Related to #1709. Authored hooks, tools, and channel callbacks can now call ctx.getSandbox().stop() to release compute at an application-defined boundary. Vercel, Docker, microsandbox, and just-bash delegate to their native lifecycle operations while preserving the durable session for a later callback; Vercel can also auto-resume the same handle. Custom SandboxBackend handles must now implement stop() separately from best-effort server shutdown(); ports and public port URLs remain out of scope.
