diff -u packages/eve/src/public/nuxt/dev-server.ts packages/eve/src/public/sveltekit/dev-server.ts showed that the two dev-server coordinators differed only in registry filenames and one framework name in a timeout message. The repo maintained both copies, plus duplicate 53-line parser tests.

Hypothesis

Moving the shared registry, health-check, lock, spawn, and shutdown flow into one internal module should remove drift risk while preserving each adapter's filenames and diagnostics.

The data flow is now:

Nuxt module ───────┐
                   ├─> typed adapter wrapper ─> shared coordinator ─> .eve registry and eve dev
SvelteKit plugin ──┘

Before, each adapter owned the full coordinator. After, each wrapper selects one typed adapter ID. The shared module derives the display name and registry filename from that ID. The existing health helper now accepts an explicit redirect policy so this path keeps its prior redirect-following behavior.

The change removes 275 net lines. Next.js remains separate because its startup and production-build behavior differs. Folding it into this change would turn a focused deduplication into a larger dev-server redesign.

Both required code-quality reviews approved the final diff

The full unit run passed 6,014 tests and hit three existing 5-second timeouts under suite contention. Each timed-out file passed in isolation: 35, 9, and 1 tests respectively.
