Summary

At 9d81515c, StringDirent had no references beyond its declaration, while both slot collectors still depended on Node's full Dirent type. Every collector call already passes entries from eve's ProjectSource, so discovery carried two entry concepts for one data flow.

The hypothesis is that typing the collectors against ProjectSourceEntry will leave runtime behavior unchanged while making ProjectSource the sole owner of discovery entry types. Before, ProjectSourceEntry[] -> slot collector typed as Dirent. After, ProjectSourceEntry[] -> slot collector typed as ProjectSourceEntry. The patch deletes the unused alias and its Node filesystem type imports, with no emitted JavaScript change.
