On main, git grep -l -w compileInstructions HEAD -- '*.ts' '*.tsx' '*.js' '*.mjs' finds one file: the wrapper's declaration. The working tree and rebuilt dist contain zero matches. packages/eve/package.json also exposes zero compiler subpaths, so external consumers cannot import this function through the package export map.

The wrapper predates compileInstructionsEntry. It now adds a second internal contract for static instructions without serving a caller.

The hypothesis is that deleting the wrapper removes dead compatibility code without changing compilation behavior. Before, the compiler contained two entry points, but every manifest and extension path called compileInstructionsEntry. After, those callers and their data flow stay unchanged, while the unused static-only entry point disappears.
