cc-dazzle 1.8.0: port prismantis 0.32.1 and cc-stretch 0.5.2 - #81

New files, deleted files and renames draw as Created, Deleted and Renamed cards; diff cards keep the no-newline marker, show a dim ... between hunks, highlight each hunk apart with removed lines plain, and stay under Claude Code's node ceiling. File paths in replies, tool rows and edit card headers open on click, and a file:// link opens only when its label shows its own path. Gantt bars end on an eighth of a cell and now fit terminals under 90 columns. A lone tag line draws dim on its own.
