cc-dazzle: copy buttons on hover, as a setting - #76

Ported from prismantis 0.20.0 (#140). The new Copy buttons setting picks inline (the default) or hover. With hover, a block's buttons float over its top-right corner, out of the flow, and show only while the pointer is over the block. A narrow block keeps their width free beside it. The phone app, which has no pointer, draws them inline.

Copy buttons sit beside every code block, table, list and quote, and they take room even when you do not need them. Upstream prismantis added a setting that shows them only on hover, and this ports it.
What changes
/config,inline(the default, as today) orhover.hover, a block's buttons float over its top-right corner and show only while the pointer is over the block. They take no space and move nothing when they show.Tested
