Adds HyperIndex as a read-only Hyperliquid analytics resource with two public dashboard entries and one provider-metadata record.\n\nHyperIndex summarizes the aggregate positions of 100 screened Hyperliquid traders through an hourly HEAT Score, asset-level reads, and a timestamped proof ledger. It does not connect to wallets, execute trades, or expose individual trader identities.\n\nValidation:\n-
