Use an in-memory trail for this test.
tests/conftest.py already redirects HOME and USERPROFILE to a temporary sandbox. A per-test home override is not needed. However, InterceptionPipeline() still uses a persistent SQLite trail in that process-wide sandbox, and intercept() writes audit records before logging. Use an in-memory trail to avoid shared test state.

The pipeline logged a caller's agent id, session id and tool name as given, so a value carrying CR or LF could write a second, forged log line. These now pass through log_safe, which turns CR, LF and other control characters into ? and caps the length at 200. log_safe moves to vaara._sanitize, and the MCP proxy's _safe_log now points at it. Tests cover the helper and a pipeline log line built from a crafted agent id and tool name.
