[WIP] Separate front-end from back-end

For front-end development, I think it's beneficial to develop two servers separately, allowing for parallel development of the telemetry server. However, this change requires additional security settings.

• Delete settings for SPA settings and move directory from /aspnetapp フロントエンドをバックエンドから分離 #93
• Implement middleware for authorization.
