Problems:
In bruno app, the variables count shows the total count of selected values even if the name is not present.
In bruno app, entering either name or value enables the checkbox and provides new input box.
Fix:
Variables rows now count as filled in on either name or value instead of name only, so a value-only row gets its checkbox, a new row, and a place in the count, matching the Bruno app.
