[--dry-run] [--json]: removes artifact-mapped files, cleans shim forwarders + opt/<pkg>, refuses to remove the winuxcmd core - outdated [--json]: compares installed packages against the remote index - source list --json: machine-readable source listing with custom/preferred flags - --json mode keeps stdout pure (human progress moves to stderr) - bump wpm subcommand version to 0.3.0; add 5 unit tests (34 total)
