Removed yargs override from package.json.

habe die package.json wieder auf ursprung zurück, ich vermute, bei einer neuen package-lock wäre das mit dem override yarn 18 wieder notwendig, weil damit unterschiedliche versionen innerhalb von angular das aufwerfen. |

Sehr ungewöhnlich, nur die package.lock anpassen zu müssen. Normalerweise sollte diese immer mit der package.json in sync sein. Vielleicht wurde mal ein npm install -> neues lockfile vergessen. Sollten wir beim nächsten Update der package.json mal beobachten. |

Dockerfile and package.json adapted, plus new package-lock.json to fix 8 docker deplyoment issues.
