Every crate, the npm package and the site now say "MIT OR Apache-2.0", the usual pair for Rust libraries. LICENSE becomes LICENSE-MIT and LICENSE-APACHE joins it, at the root and in each published crate's directory, since cargo packages only what is in the crate and both licenses ask for their text to travel with the code. The README says how the two combine and that contributions come in under both. The site's GitHub links pointed at the repository's old home under Tam1SH; they point at uniproc-dev now.
