• Add the EXTERNAL_TO_CTDS parameter to skip steps that require access to CTDS resources
• When EXTERNAL_TO_CTDS is true, print the logs since they won't be uploaded to S3
• Run the Render report to the PR step even if the Allure report is not uploaded to S3
• Add the QUAY_ORG parameter to fetch an image from a different organization
• Add the SETUP_SCRIPT_1, SETUP_SCRIPT_2 and SETUP_SCRIPT_3 parameters to allow providing custom scripts to run after specific steps of the pipeline
• Allow running integration tests in forks if the PR has the safe to test label (similar to other workflows in this repo)
