To decouple two topics these are the test changes of #804 separated to be discussed and merged independently.

In discussions it often becomes clear that the preference would be autopktest (to run in defined style and run all the time in the future) or at least a script (eliminating the misunderstandings happening too often) and only then a text description.

Even if such a suggestion may be hidden within the many SRU docs, most users eventually copy and fill the template, so let us put it there.

This is not forcing anyone, but suggesting for better practice.

The reason is that in discussions it often becomes clear that the
preference would be autopktest (to run in defined style and run
all the time in the future) or at least a script (eliminating the
misunderstandings happening too often) and only then a text
description.

Even if such a suggestion may be hidden within the many SRU docs,
most users eventually copy and fill the template, so let us put
it there.
