Why?

Results with a breakage degree between zero and one currently show the same Breakage label as a degree of one, hiding the distinction between partial and full breakage.

What?

Show Partial Breakage for degrees strictly between zero and one, and reserve Breakage for one. The shared renderer applies this to project and repository results. Update the documentation and unit, React 18 hydration, and browser test expectations, including a browser assertion for full breakage.

Test Plan

  • make web-check — passed all 33 check targets and both web image builds, including all 44 Stovepipe unit tests and React 18 packaged-page hydration.
  • Stovepipe real-stack browser suite — all 11 Playwright tests passed.
  • make lint check-tidy check-gazelle — passed, including Go/YAML formatting.
  • git diff --check — passed.
