Summary

Why?

Retained history events now include additional metadata fields. Wire these through to the UI.

What?

  • Add a Details column for build IDs, breakage degree, and project-fact counts. Preserve zeros, show a dash for unavailable metadata, and stack multiple fields using the normal table font.
  • Add the optional host callback resolveBuildUrl({ queue, buildId }). Resolve links while loading history, preserve IDs verbatim, and leave IDs as text when no valid HTTP(S) URL is supplied. Provider-specific URL mapping stays in the host.
  • Cover metadata mapping, large counts, linked and unresolved IDs, and real-backend browser behavior.

Test Plan

  • ./tool/bazel test //web:check //web/test/e2e/stovepipe:web_test --test_output=errors — web checks and all 20 browser tests passed.
  • Inspect the History tab at /web%2Fpagination/request/51?view=history in the seeded browser-test stack. The browser test covers retained values, zeros, missing metadata, narrow-screen scrolling, and accessibility.
  • make fmt lint check-tidy gazelle check-gazelle — repository formatting, lint, dependency, and BUILD checks.

Revert Plan

Revert this PR. The UI is read-only; no protobuf contracts, backend behavior, or stored data change.

Show retained build IDs, breakage degree, and project-fact counts in a history Details column. Preserve zero values and opaque IDs, and let hosts resolve build links without embedding provider conventions in the library.
