Why?
Adds a
GitHubimplementation ofResolverthat reads the target branch tip from the GitHub REST API, so no clone is needed. A Tango queue can now use thegithubchange provider as well as the git one. It takes a newtango.github: {owner, repo, branch}block, required with the GitHub provider, and reuses the provider's token and API root. Also adds the extension's README.What?
A Tango queue needed a git clone to get its base revision, which ruled out GitHub-backed queues.
