The aim of this PR is to add section on data deletion behavior and volume storage in cloud.rc.

Proposed Changes

• Added contents to describe volume data deletion behavior/thin provisioning in cloud.rc.
• Added contents how deleted data affects VM volume usage and backend storage consumption.
