~openai/gpt-latest is not on OpenRouter's model list, so a new install's first message 404s. The default and the wizard's recommended pick are now ~openai/gpt-sol-latest, the flagship Sol alias. Doc examples use shipped agents, and the install pin is latest instead of an untagged release. CI checks catalog and starter ids against the public list. ~openai/gpt-latestis not in OpenRouter's public model list (462 ids, checked 2026-10-15). A fresh install that picked it as the master model would fail on the first message.The default and the setup wizard's recommended pick are now
~openai/gpt-sol-latest. Sol is OpenAI's flagship line (the list includesopenai/gpt-6.1-soland earlier Sol models), and this is the moving alias OpenRouter publishes for it, so the default keeps tracking the current flagship the waygpt-latestwas supposed to. Mini, Luna, Terra, and Astra aliases are the smaller or specialist lines.Docs examples that called
