File extension associations

Describe the bug
On macOS by double-clicking a Snow workspace file does not open Snow.app
--> The document “Mac-SE.snoww” could not be opened. Snow cannot open files of this type.

To Reproduce
Save a workspace as 'name.snoww' > quit Snow.app > double-click on 'name.snoww';
drag'n'drop 'name.snoww' on Snow.app does not work either…
'name.snoww' is set to open with Snow.app, always.

Associating with file extensions is not implemented on any platform right now, so that's an enhancement, not a bug.
For now, you can open the application and drag the files onto the window, instead, that works.
