Add an info about current edition of the book to the preamble #61

Add an info about current edition of the book to the preamble (It's matter for PDF more than online version, but anyway I think that info should be in the book)

I saw a roadmap here and there I saw info about already 4th edition in the future. But where in text of the current version I can see that it's 3rd edition of the book?
