Monthly Meetup Setup

This document outlines a list of tasks to do before and after each monthly meetup.
- Pull shades down. The switch is located on the north wall.
- Setup Rotator Slide Show.
- Do sound check with the presenter.
- Put stickers and business cards out on tables.
- Help food/drinks out once delivered.
- Turn in mics, adapters to the front desk.
- Give away any extra food or move it to the kitchen.
- Pick up stickers and business cards.
