Brings in native skill discovery fixes (alphaXiv#772), OpenCode readiness during plugin activation (alphaXiv#771) and Windows test cleanup (alphaXiv#775). Keeps the fork's recommended-model hint next to upstream's settled harness selection, translates the new skill detection strings to Vietnamese and rebuilds ui/dist.
