The frontend job successfully installs npm dependencies and builds the app, then fails during the setup-python post step because no pip cache directory was created:
This occurs in the main-branch CI run. The frontend job never installs Python packages, so remove its two pip-cache settings. Keep Python 3.11 setup, npm caching, and backend pip caching unchanged.
Validation:
git diff --checkpasses; the diff contains only those two deleted YAML settings. The linked run confirms the existing npm install and build steps succeeded. GitHub Actions verification of the changed workflow is pending.
