Capture physical 486 validation logs #1

Close the solid-release gate with real 486-class DOS evidence.

Needed artifacts from one physical 486-class machine:

• QUAL.LOG
• PERF.LOG
• ASSIST.LOG
• ASSISTC.LOG
• filled HWNOTES.TXT

Host acceptance command:

python3 scripts/verify_hardware_capture.py --capture-dir CAPTURE --require-filled-notes
python3 scripts/stage_hardware_capture_evidence.py --capture-dir CAPTURE --machine-key MACHINE

Keep emulator-only results labeled as QEMU evidence until this issue is closed.
