feat: launch standalone OpenStudio Pages demo

What changed

Move the Studio authoring app out of OpenChart into a standalone browser app that consumes the public OpenChart 8.9.0 packages. The GitHub Pages demo runs locally in the browser with bundled examples, geography and fonts; it needs no application backend or secrets.

• Preserve import, preparation, chart/table/map controls, diagnostics, responsive preview, local drafts, undo/redo, portable projects and downloads.
• Require explicit summaries when editing or replacing source data would otherwise combine observations. Preserve transformed fields and preparation across composition changes and draft recovery; fix lollipop composition and malformed CSV handling.
• Preserve downloadable originals after draft recovery fails, block autosave if preservation fails, and commit series color changes once per interaction.
• Add standalone build/test configuration, nested-path production browser checks and a Pages workflow that deploys only after checks pass on main.
• Document authoring, local data storage, supported exports and static deployment; include the application and font licenses.

Validation

• Installed exact OpenChart 8.9.0 packages from npm with a frozen Bun lockfile; no workspace links, tarball overrides or OpenChart checkout dependency.
• Build, lint and TypeScript checks pass; 42 unit/integration tests pass.
• All 76 production browser checks pass at /openstudio/, covering desktop, throttled phone, narrow phone and WebKit.
• Reviewed desktop/mobile rendering, 320px recovery controls and bundled license assets. Pages publishing is configured for GitHub Actions.
