Adds grouped OLS/log-OLS/ridge evaluation and diagnostics plus measurement-request screening. Validation: 15 tests passed. UCI Ecotect simulation study completed; heating/cooling R² 0.880/0.820. This is retrospective independent project work, not coursework or external confirmation.
