Summary

  • track the exact 106,496-byte linked QNN multi-graph context binary produced by Qualcomm AI Hub
  • bind its path, SHA-256, and size into the canonical Qualcomm report
  • make portfolio acceptance hash the committed Git blob and fail closed on missing or altered context artifacts
  • add corruption coverage and reproducibility documentation
  • preserve honest boundaries for Android QNN, 16 KiB runtime, and calibrated power evidence

This closes the missing downloadable context-binary proof. A supported Snapdragon Android run, runtime PAGE_SIZE=16384 evidence, and calibrated power measurements remain hardware-only gaps and are not claimed by this PR.
