This PR introduces the minimal integration of the AAC UI shell into the AAC module.
Scope:
No behaviour, layout, or state machine wiring is added here. This PR only ensures that the AAC UI shell created in PR #4 is now owned by the AAC module.
This keeps the change small and isolated, consistent with the staged AAC subsystem rollout.
