Adds a new CLI & Agent Setup page to the Getting Started section of the documentation, positioned between "Bridges and On-Ramps" and "Official Links".

What this page covers

1. Fetch the Full Documentation — git clone/pull commands for the paradex-docs repo, with notes on source file locations (mdx pages, OpenAPI spec, AsyncAPI spec)
2. Feeding Docs to an AI Agent — Instructions for pointing AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) at the cloned repo, plus curl one-liners to grab just the API specs
3. Developer Tools & SDKs — Card group linking to Paradex CLI, Python SDK, Code Samples, and CCXT Integration
4. Quick Install — Tabbed install snippets for Paradex CLI, Python SDK, and CCXT
5. API Endpoints — Table with prod and testnet REST + WebSocket URLs, plus curl test commands
6. GitHub Repositories — Summary table of all repos with descriptions
