Summary

  • Scaffold access/ tree for engineers and AI agents (endpoints, agents, MCP interlink map, services, check scripts)
  • Add security policy, ADR-002, how-we-work.md, and AGENTS.md discoverability
  • Lite Jira workflow stubs: jira-plan.sh, epic preservation + dependency rules, validate-docs CI
  • Scaffold only — no local machine mining; placeholders except public *.odieplat.io URLs

Synthesis ticket

Follow-up to populate real connection details from a maintainer's machine: PLAT-92 (Epic E07 / PLAT-8)

Test plan

  • Review access/ docs for accidental secrets
  • Run access/scripts/check-access.sh (expect FAIL/SKIP on scaffold)
  • Run jira/scripts/jira-plan.sh --help
  • CI validate-docs passes on PR
  • Human merge only after review

Out of scope (this PR)

  • Populating kubeconfig/Teleport/MCP details from local env
  • ws2 lane integration
  • argocd-tele cross-link (applied locally in goose-ws2 workspace — separate commit needed there)

Made with Cursor

First-pass scaffold for platform-tools: access docs for engineers and agents,
security policy, jira-plan stubs, and CI frontmatter/secret validation.

Local secrets use ~/.config/platform-tools/config.yaml (see
config/config.yaml.example). No personal machine paths in git.

Synthesis follow-up tracked in PLAT-92 under Epic E07.
