Currently doesn't actually execute the moves, but a proof of concept with a zig server that handles connections and move sends and receives.
Hopefully a good api to set up messages between server and client.
Uses JSON for now, if it is too slow/bandwidth heavy (unlikely), we can look into alternatives such as messagepack, CBOR or protobufs.
